I process your data to the best of my knowledge and belief, therefore exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy policy, I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of my website.
NEWSLETTER
By subscribing to the newsletter, you automatically consent to the use and storage of the contact details (email address) you provide. This data is required to send you the newsletter. The frequency of the newsletter is at our discretion, but no more than twice a month. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. CONTACT
If you contact me by email, I assume that you are interested in a long-term relationship with me as a composer/arranger or producer. Therefore, your data will be stored to process your inquiry and any follow-up questions.
DIRECT ORDERS
When purchasing compositions or arrangements that are only available directly from me personally, it is necessary to collect your data for delivery and invoicing purposes.
The data (name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date) are stored for product liability purposes and to comply with documentation requirements for the tax office. The same applies to your contact details, which are required for processing your order and for any follow-up questions or inquiries. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a (consent) and/or Letter b (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR. You cannot object to this data processing, as otherwise you will not be able to purchase products directly from me.
