ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT CONCLUSION
Direct orders with me are processed as follows:
In the catalogue of works, you will find the selection of pieces available for purchase. For compositions and arrangements that are available exclusively through me, a note with a reference to my email address is provided. Please send an email to **[office@m-k-weber.com](mailto:office@m-k-weber.com)** including the title(s) of the piece(s) you would like to purchase. In the same email, please also include your billing and delivery address. Optionally, digital delivery of sheet music in PDF format can be requested (no delivery address is required in this case). A contract is only concluded once all required information has been provided and I have confirmed your order by email.
DELIVERY TIME
Shipping of ordered goods may take up to 7 days. Should special circumstances (e.g. vacation, technical issues, force majeure, etc.) cause longer waiting times, the customer will be informed by email and provided with an adjusted delivery period. If further delays occur, both the customer and I reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. Please note that in the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins only after the payment has been received in my account.
PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All sales prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs. The following shipping fees apply per order:
Austria: €7 (free shipping for orders over €99)
Germany: €13 (free shipping for orders over €149)
Other EU countries: higher rates apply
Shipping outside the EU available upon request
PAYMENT TERMS AND LATE PAYMENT INTEREST
For first-time orders, shipping is available exclusively against advance payment. The invoice will be sent by email in advance, and shipment will take place only after full payment has been received without deductions. For subsequent orders, payment after delivery may be possible. In this case, the customer has 10 working days from receipt of the sheet music to pay the invoice. After this period, late payment interest of 10% will be charged. This payment method must be requested by email and remains subject to my approval.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS
Returns must be made within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The seller bears the return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned goods, they will be inspected. If damage is found, the goods must be paid for or any amount already paid will not be refunded. If the goods are in proper condition, the invoice will be cancelled or the paid amount refunded. Returns are accepted only if unopened. Once the sheet music has been visibly opened, the right of withdrawal expires. An exception applies only if the goods were already incomplete or damaged upon delivery. In this case, the customer may either return the goods or request a free replacement. For digital sheet music deliveries, the right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the PDF files.
RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain my property until full payment has been made. In the event of payment default, Matthias K. Weber is entitled to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the goods. Return shipping costs in the event of default shall be borne by the customer and must be reimbursed if not paid directly by the customer.
DATA PROCESSING
When purchasing compositions or arrangements available exclusively directly from me, it is necessary to collect your data for delivery and invoicing purposes. The following data are stored for product liability and legal documentation obligations toward tax authorities: name, address, purchased goods and purchase date. Contact details are also stored for order processing and any follow-up communication or inquiries. Data processing is carried out in accordance with §96(3) TKG and Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (contract performance necessity) of the GDPR. Objection to this data processing is not possible, as otherwise direct purchases from me cannot be completed.

Some of my works are available through publishers and sheet music distributors. In such cases, all pricing, availability, delivery conditions, terms and conditions, and privacy policies of the respective third-party provider apply.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION FOR DIRECT SHEET MUSIC PURCHASES
The place of jurisdiction and performance is Hollenburg. All legal relationships arising from deliveries are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Austria.
